is a co-working studio and a dynamic hub for creative thinkers. We have co-working hot desks, private studios, professional offices and our space can be hired for various events, including workshops, exhibitions, pop-up shops, and photo shoots.

The heart of CoWorkCLUB is our shop front, which functions as a co-working space during the week, seating up to 8 people.

In the evenings and on weekends, this space transforms into a versatile venue ideal for events, workshops, exhibitions, pop-up shops, and photo shoots.

Attached to the shop front is a converted house offering six private studio workspaces - they include a Chinese Medicine Doctor, a business strategist, therapists, a photographer, copywriter and digital strategist. We’re an eclectic mix of creative thinkers - and it works!

This is not your average co-working space. It’s a community. You’ll make friends, we share knowledge and cheer each other on. We’re often lunching together and host monthly Friday night drinks.

If you miss having work friends while running your own small business or working remotely, CoWorkCLUB is the place to be.

Our co-working space is open from Monday to Friday, 8am to 5:30pm, seating 8 people. Please contact us before you book to check availability.

Co-Working Rates:

  • First Session is FREE - come and check us out!

  • 1 Session: $30

  • 10 Session Pack: $25 per session (use within 3 months)

  • 20 Session Pack: $20 per session (use within 6 months)

Hire the Shop Front

Our shop front is perfect for hosting events, workshops, exhibitions, pop-up shops, and photo shoots.

It features beautiful exposed brick walls, rustic polished floors, a sink, split system heating/cooling and a large tv screen with connections for your laptop.

There are chairs and tables with seating for up to 18 people. The space can be rearranged to accommodate up to 30 people seated or 50 standing.

The walls are adorned with art from Melbourne artists, which is regularly updated and available for purchase.

Additional amenities include a shared kitchen with a fridge, microwave, cooktop, and oven, and gender neutral bathrooms.

(please note: the space is not suitable for children’s parties or workshops)

Short Term Hire Rates:

  • 3-hour hire (minimum): $100 plus GST

  • Half-day hire (5 hours): $130 plus GST

  • Full-day hire (10 hours): $220 plus GST

  • 2 consecutive days: $400 plus GST

  • 3 consecutive days: $550 plus GST

Long-Term Option:

A minimum 6 month lease is available for the right business that aligns with our CoWorkCLUB community at an affordable, all inclusive rate of $700 per week (plus GST).

Please note: The shop front is currently unavailable for hire as we have a pop up shop hiring the space until June 2025.

We are in the lively Hudsons Road cafe and shopping precinct and only 50m from Spotswood train station. Also only 600m from the famous Candied Bakery and open air food haven Grazeland.
